To provide an impetus to this transformation, and to help Chinese researchers publish in highly rated journals, Enago in collaboration with Beijing Institute of Technology, Chongqing University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, University of Science and Technology (Beijing) and Zhengzhou University, recently organized author training sessions. Conducted by Enago’s very own publishing expert, Dr. Mingfang Lu, these sessions provided in-depth knowledge regarding the different aspects of academic writing and publishing.

As part of this workshop series, Dr. Lu provided key insights and addressed questions on important concerns such as research and publication misconduct. While sharing his thoughts about the session, Dr. Lu commented, “Performing good quality research ethically as well as preparing well written, publication-ready manuscripts can expedite a researcher’s publication journey. Therefore, we at Enago want to assist Chinese researchers by improving their knowledge regarding the intricacies of research ethics and publishing.”

Professor & Dean Yugui Yao from the Beijing Institute of Technology commented, “Dr. Lu’s talk focused on the ethics in academic publishing which we are most concerned about, and many other key points, which are all very important and helpful.” Furthermore, Professor & Dean Kaikai Xu from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China said that “Professor Lu, as a senior publishing expert and researcher, has given us a truly excellent talk on writing and publishing a good research paper.
